Sound bath with ciara
Discover the magic of sound with our one-hour sound bath, led by the talented musician and sound healer, Ciara. Join us on Friday, 2nd August 7:30pm - 8:30pm for an evening of pure relaxation and rejuvenation.
What is a Sound Bath?
A sound bath is a meditative journey where you surrender your body and mind to the soothing vibrations of sound. Ciara will weave a tapestry of healing frequencies using crystal and Tibetan singing bowls, gongs, wind instruments, percussion, and her own voice to guide you into a state of deep relaxation.
About Ciara
Ciara is a passionate musician on a mission to share the profound healing potential of sound and music. With a background in music education and a current pursuit of her Diploma in Therapeutic Sound, Ciara brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to her workshops. Through her heartfelt performances and transformative sound experiences, Ciara aims to spread love, connection, and relaxation to all who cross her path.
The studio will be heated to an ambient temperature, we will have yoga mats but feel free to bring a long a pillow / cushion and even a blanket to get all cosy!
Contraindications
While sound baths are generally safe for most individuals, please note the following contraindications and you should avoid the sound bath if:
- You have epilepsy
- You are less than 12 weeks pregnant
- You have a pacemaker

Ready to take your yoga journey to the next level? Join us for a workshop focusing on the foundational standing series poses of the renowned 26&2 series, led by our experienced Bikram yoga teacher, with over 8 years of dedicated teaching experience.
In this workshop, you'll delve deep into each standing posture, exploring proper alignment, breath control, and the subtle nuances that make each pose unique. Whether you're a seasoned practitioner looking to refine your technique or a newcomer eager to build a strong foundation, this workshop is perfect for all levels.
The studio will be heated but not as hot as a general class, with 3 hours there is plenty of time to break everything down and ask all those questions you have.

Ready to elevate your yoga practice and conquer those exhilarating arm balances and headstands? Join us for our Arm Balance Basics Workshop, where we'll break down the fundamentals and help you find your balance, strength, and confidence.
Poses We Will Focus On: Crow, Side Crow, Headstand, Tripod Headstand, Forearm Stand.
What to Expect:
In this beginner-friendly 3 hour workshop, we'll focus on the foundations of arm balances and headstands. Whether you're new to these poses or looking to refine your technique, this workshop is designed to guide you step-by-step.
Warm-Up and Conditioning: We'll start with a gentle warm-up to prepare your body, focusing on building strength and flexibility in the key areas needed for arm balances and headstands.
Foundational Techniques: Learn the essential techniques for safe and effective arm balances and headstands. We'll cover proper alignment, balance, and the role of breath in these poses.
Step-by-Step Guidance: Our experienced instructor, Anna, will provide detailed, guidance to help you understand and master each pose. You'll receive tips and adjustments to ensure you're practicing safely and effectively.
Practice Time: You'll have plenty of time to practice each pose with the support of the instructor and the group. We'll use props and modifications to make these challenging poses accessible to everyone.
Cool Down and Stretch: End your session with a soothing cool-down and stretch to relax your muscles and integrate what you've learned.
Treats From Keane's Deli: After the session we can chat through over some snacks from Keane's Deli, a chance to ask any more burning questions you might have.
This workshop will NOT be in the heat 🔥 So you don't need to worry about being sweaty and upside down, just upside down.
Class Limited to 10 people so everyone can get individual attention.
Standing series 26&2 workshop
Elevate your yoga practice with our Floor Series Workshop! Led by our experienced Bikram yoga teacher, this 3-hour intensive course is designed to deepen your understanding and mastery of the foundational postures from Wind Removing Pose to the Kapalbhati Breathing Exercise.
During this immersive workshop, you'll explore each posture in detail, focusing on proper alignment, breath awareness, and the subtle intricacies that enhance your practice. Whether you're a seasoned yogi looking to refine your technique or a beginner eager to build a strong foundation, this workshop is tailored to meet your needs.
The studio will be comfortably heated, providing the ideal environment for deepening your practice without the intensity of a regular class. We will spend the first 30 minutes warming up so we are ready for the deeper floor postures. After the workshop, indulge in some delicious treats from Keane's Deli as you unwind and connect with your fellow yogis.
